Operations Director
Naseeb Sidhu is a co-owner and the Operations Director for Venus Medical Aesthetics. Naseeb is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis for 8 years. She loves working with people and has a deep affinity for helping others.
Naseeb struggled with cystic acne through her teenage years and understands the impact looking your best can have on self-confidence. This is where her interest in skincare began. After welcoming her son and becoming a mother, Naseeb quickly learned the importance of “me time” (as all mothers do) and delved deeper into her passion for skincare and aesthetics.
It was through the joy she found in those precious moments of self-care that marked her exciting career shift! Co-founding the clinic with her husband, Dr. Rajvinder Sidhu, she is dedicated to creating a tranquil environment where clients can leave looking and feeling their best. Naseeb aims to help individuals feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and confident in their skin.
Medical Director
Dr. Rajvinder Sidhu is a highly regarded double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is the co-owner, and Medical Director for Venus Medical Aesthetics.
Dr. Sidhu is recognized for his proficiency in advanced endoscopic techniques and minimally invasive procedures, aiming to provide patients with the most effective treatments. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role and is dedicated to advancing quality of care.
After becoming an established GI practitioner, Dr. Sidhu ventured to expand on his interests in skincare and wellness, including obesity medicine. This pursuit of knowledge eventually grew into a passion that led to the creation of Venus Medical Aesthetics. Dr. Sidhu’s extensive expertise in digestive health combined with a keen interest in aesthetic medicine and wellness, uniquely positions him to lead and innovate in this dynamic field as well as leave you feeling your best inside and out (literally)!
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Sidhu is a committed husband and father, dog dad and sports fan.
Aesthetic Physician Assistant
Jennifer Quinn is a highly accomplished physician assistant with 14 years of specialized experience in cosmetic and medical dermatology and aesthetics. Beginning her medical journey with a nursing degree, she practiced as a RN for six years in pediatrics, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and a compassionate approach to her patients and their families.
Since 2011, Jennifer has been a trusted name in the Dallas medical community, recognized for her expertise in a wide range of dermatological treatments. As a trained injector of Botox and fillers, she is particularly skilled in delivering natural-looking results that align with her patients' desires for a refreshed and rested appearance. Jennifer is passionate about emphasizing each patient’s unique beauty and tailors her approach to meet their individual skincare goals.
Jennifer's professional expertise is matched by her warm and personable nature. She is known for taking the time to understand her patients’ concerns, creating personalized treatment plans that not only enhance their appearance but also boost their confidence. Her commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetics ensures that her patients receive the highest level of care.
In addition to her professional achievements, Jennifer is a devoted mother of four—two sons and two daughters. She balances her career with her love for photography, interior decorating, and fashion. These hobbies allow her to express her creativity and keen eye for detail, much like she does in her medical aesthetics practice.

Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Technician
Alex has been a dedicated aesthetician and laser professional for over five years, bringing a wealth of experience and understanding of skin concerns to her work. Her journey into the world of aesthetics was deeply personal, shaped by her own struggles with cystic acne as a teenager and rosacea as an adult. These challenges ignited a passion in Alex to help others who face similar skin issues.
Alex is not only a skilled practitioner but also a compassionate and empathetic provider. She understands the emotional toll that skin conditions can take, and she is committed to creating a supportive and results-driven environment for her patients. Her approach is holistic, focusing on both the physical and emotional aspects of skin care, ensuring that her patients feel cared for and confident in their skin.
When she's not at the spa, Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is an animal lover at heart and spends much of her free time with her two beloved rescue cats. Her love for animals reflects her nurturing personality, extending the care she gives to her patients to all aspects of her life. Alex's dedication to her profession and her compassionate nature make her an invaluable member of the team at Venus Medical Aesthetics.
Front Desk Coordinato
Mason is the Front Desk Coordinator for Venus Medical Aesthetics. Mason is a recent graduate from the University of the Ozarks with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science. She is passionate about wellness in all its forms, from fitness to skincare and self-care. Living an active lifestyle, Mason believes in the importance of balance and personal growth.
She enjoys meeting new people and building connections, whether through discussing skincare routines, sharing lifestyle tips, or simply encouraging others to embrace their unique beauty. Mason understands the connection between confidence and well-being and strives to help others feel comfortable in their own skin, no matter where they are on their personal journey.
